Beyond Counting Systems International Ltd. develops and manufactures advanced digital counters for plastic cards, envelopes and playing cards.

Our current line of products includes the OptiCard Compact, the OptiCard Compact LC and the OptiCard IND500 for counting plastic cards, the OptiCard IND500E for counting envelopes, the OptiCard IADC2 and the OptiCard IADC4 for counting playing cards, and the portable OptiCard Micro for counting cards and other flat items. Hundreds of units were installed in manufacturing sites worldwide and are operating successfully for several years now.

Amongst our valuable customers we can list a number of major companies, such as Gemalto, IDEMIA, G&D, First Data, Eastcompeace, CPI, Evry, GPI, Carta Mundi, Modiano and Royal Mail, along with many smaller companies in all continents. Sales are made directly from our Headquarters and through the company’s growing network of distributors.

The technology behind our products relies on a patented method for contactless counting of stacked flat objects. The technology, developed for over 20 years by a highly qualified R&D team, makes use of digital imaging and proprietary image processing algorithms to facilitate the fastest and most accurate counting available in the industry.
